Our new Garden Side Serviced Rooms have seen a classic Dunedin colonial Villa take a stunning transformation into 7 modern serviced rooms.

Garden Side Serviced Rooms are located on Duke Street, bordering the Beautiful Dunedin Botanical Gardens, a great place for relaxing or just taking a walk. Some rooms look out over the gardens and the waters of the Leith. Others face towards the motels; all rooms however are away from the main road and are nice and quiet.

Each serviced room features a Queen or King sized bed in a modern and bright living area. All serviced rooms have a private ensuite with shower and toilet.
