There is a separate laundry for guests to use located in the complex, with washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board.

There are a range of different accommodation options we can provide at Garden Side, these include….

Group Accommodation - With the complex featuring 7 rooms, we can sleep up to 11 individuals as some of the king beds can be split into 2 single beds. One room also features a kitchen off of the living area, offering full cooking facilities. There is an outside grassed area that can also be used for BBQ's. We can provide a BBQ for your use.

Corporate Travellers - These rooms feature everything an individual corporate traveller would require with copious desk space, internet access and great lighting. They are modern, quiet and relaxing.

University Visitors - Being in the heart of the University area and a short walk to the campus, Garden Side Serviced Rooms would provide excellent accommodation for anyone visiting the university.

Studying at the University - We can provide special rates for longer term stays such as for a university semesters. These rooms would be ideal for a student or academic visiting the University for a short amount of time, with all facilities within a short walking distance. We can also arrange access to the full kitchen facilities available in this complex.

All rooms are serviced daily unless arranged otherwise and have access to full laundry facilities.
